Just as an educated guess- I'd say mornings are worse for nearly everyone here. Either just as you get up- or a little later when you start doing things.
Body stiffness, brain fog- thyroid- adrenals ect.
For above reasons, I loved napping, but didnt like going to bed at night to later face the morning. I've always been a night owl to - so a little biased. Mornings suck!
I've never been a morning person either...but now it's even worse!
In addition, my symptoms flare early evening...and get better a few hours later...and then I don't want to go to bed because I'm either pain free or less pain.
