It sounds like a lot of the symptoms could be Candida. It is hard to distinguish. If you feel better after you clean up your diet and treat yeast, then that is a good indicator.
Grapefruit Seed Extract can also help. As Astroman said, Difulcan is a strong prescription. If you have nausea or brain fog from Candida, you can look into molybendum.
S. Boulardii can help restore your gut flora. Hope you feel better soon.
I'm trying so hard to resist sugar...aghhhh. But I will stick to it to see if it gets better. And I'll try some grapefruit seed extract too :)

You can have your liver enzymes checked with labwork so you will know if it is your liver. And if you could take a stool sample with you they could test that for you also.
Lighterbeing, yes I will definitely ask to get them checked when I see my doctor next. Hope it's not expensive!

Candida-
Nystatin is not very powerfull, NOW brand Candida Support even works better for a lot of people. Fluocazole would be a better script for systemic Candida, if you dont get results from Nystatin. Your sugar craving may also be from the Candida which needs sugar. As bad as sugar free chemicals are, they will not feed the Candida like real sugar does.
Astroman, hmm my doc had me on 4 pills of Nystatin a day and since he reduced my abx he put me on 2. I will look into that candida support. Most of what I'm taking is from NOW brand anyway. Do you know anything about
oil of oregano? I'm looking into taking it because I'm scared of catching the flu but if it's anti-fungal as well then that would be awesome.

Hi aria...I saw your picture. I'm not an expert but I think the scratch marks look like they could be bartonella. I think there are many skin manifestations of Bart.
Did yours eventually disappear? How long did they last? I've been getting these random scratch marks on my back that appear out of nowhere. They last for a few hours and then fade away.
I'm trying to post a pic also for some ideas.
Runnergirl, it's weird because they're like hives..and there's an actual scratch in the middle which baffles me. I had a weird spotty raised rash on my thigh as well a few days ago but it went away by itself.
The cat scratch ones went away within a day on its own. Maybe you should get tested for Bart!

Ha!! I think most of us have trust issues with doctors after what we have gone through to get to where we are!! I know I surely do!! I fire a BUNCH of doc's!
....
Traveler,
Yes definitely. Still mad at the doc when I showed him my bullseye rash and he sent me home with nothing -_- Also the ones prescribing me antidepressants..
Ok thanks so much, I will get on it!
Thanks everyone for replying
