Hi Jack, and welcome!
Yes, I have had symptoms that appear like clockwork and others that are sporadic and make no sense. As a youth, I would get a headache every single morning at 7:30. Like clockwork, it began on the long drive halfway to school and would last a few hours. This went on from 7th grade through 12th grade. (I thought it had to do with me not liking school--haha!)
As an adult I often wake up with the alarm and feel incredibly sick and exhausted. If I lie down for 10-30 more minutes I feel pretty "normal" when I get up. Sometimes I wake up feeling "normal" and then 10 minutes after a cup of tea I am hit with the most crippling exhaustion and have to go back to bed. Then other symptoms pop up throughout the day, like random lightheaded-ness and memory issues/inability to focus. Sometimes I have heart palpitations for no reason and other times I have chest pain or shortness of breath. And then around sunset everything clears up and I get a surge of energy and a desire to go work out. If I don't grab that moment of energy I feel very tired by 7 pm but can't sleep until about
2 am. My understanding is that lots of lymies experience this up-and-down of symptoms, particularly with being able to identify the one time in the day when you feel better than most other times of day.
