only high sugar fruits, as fruits, especially berries, can play a good role in our healing.
I would suggest higher amount of protein and TONS of veggies.
And I drink at least 64 ounces of lemon water a day.
Instead of sugar, you should use stevia, xylitol or some other alternative all natural sweetener to help keep candida at bay, and that's why simply carbs should be kept low as well.
If your constipation is bad, there are a number of things you can do, but you will want to have your bowels move at least once a day, as they carry a large amount of toxins, and if they sit in the intestines for long, they will be reabsorbed (I hope that's not too much TMI!!)
Can I ask why you are going to see and Endo? Many Endo's aren't of much use to us, so depending on why you are seeing one, you may want to seek out a different type of doc - or at least be well armed with good information.
An anti-inflammatory is usually helpful for most, required by others like me, although I use herbs instead of pharma drugs - but we can help you find what type of med you wish to use.
And get started detoxing!!! You have a lot of toxins that you have picked up from the environment, the food and more - plus when the bacteria dies off, it leaves behind toxins.
