Has PEMF (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Therapy) helped you?

I am looking at PEMF as an option for fibromyalgia type pain in my shoulders and knees as well as plantar fasciitis/heel pain issues.

Has anyone used this type of therapy (either the body mat or the coil or handheld) and what was your experience?
