Best cbd oil, hemp or med. marijuana? Bluebird Botanicals?

PS, should CBD oil be blended with other herbs, i.e. Bluebird's "Bulletproof," or is it better to take it pure?

I have thought about this several times.
I can get a medical marijuana card and drive 3 1/2 hours to buy it.
It's legal here in BC Canada.

But, I have decided to try the pharmaceutical - synthetic marijuana called Nabilone. I don't know how effective it will be as it's usually prescribed for nausea, and I want something for pain.

According to a retired LLMD - it is effective. He used it to treat his brain tumor and said either it's shrinking or it's completely gone (can't remember)

I think marinol is similar to nabilone. Well, it's worth a try.

And, I'm considering applying for disability...it will be better if I'm on a pain med...because I'll probably have to say it's 'chronic pain' preventing me from working...as Lyme disease won't be recognized - since the Canadian test was negative...and Igenex produces so many 'false positives' - yah, right.

I would like to hear about it vikingqueen. When you feel up to it. I have also looked into it but not diligently. It seems like about 50/50 think the hemp cbd is as good. I would definitely purchase if the pain would improve, the past 2 years have been getting steadily worse.
Anyone here in a legal state who have tried both and have a baseline to compare it to?

I see the hemp on Amazon; however, I am reading if it does not have CBD (none there seem to), it will not have the medicinal benefits?

I have been using Cannabutter (cannabis infused with coconut oil) for 9 months and have seen a lot of improvement. I was spending $700-1000 per month on herbals and supplements. Now I only use cannabutter and a few supplements. An ounce of cannabis will last me for 4-5 months and costs about $240.
I went on a cruise, drank wine every day and felt normal. There are a couple facebook sites that have testimonials of people using cannabis for Lyme. Most feel that Hemp Cananbidol is not nearly as good, and that THC is needed to help with healing from Lyme. However, the Hemp was donated to the study posted below, so that is what they had to use.

I've also "discovered" Arnica Montana this weekend - wow, what a help with the pain from a bulging disc and the issues I've been having from that! Something that's inexpensive, safe and might be enough to help for some.

THC absolutely wouldn't work for me, as it makes my heart race.

Whatever I use has to be very low in THCs.

Trav., those threads provide good info., but I would like to know what you personally use, since you're kind of an expert on herbs.

I think I'm going to go ahead and try the Bluebird Botanicals.

PS, My recommendation is: Don't order CBD oil from Amazon, is there is no proof the companies are reputable.

Also, don't order just "hemp oil;" that's not the same as CBD oil derived from hemp.

I've also read that although it's not technically illegal in all states, some will still arrest you. I read one time (forgot where) that a person got arrested when they went to the PO to pick it up.

I'm not taking any chances. I don't want my property, vehicles and personal belongings seized for any reason. I'll just work to get MM legal here.
