I have been gluten free , dairy free , sugar free, caffeine free , alcohol free for about a year now I have lost a ton of weight but I am finding it definitely helps. It is hard but when you know what your eating is making you sick it's an easy choice. For all those desperate I suggest giving it a try. It cleared my brain fog and helped me get back to work. Just curious anyone that is really struggling have you evaluated your diet?
