myeezy24 - "congrats how long did it take you to get your energy back?"
Hard to say. The 12 mile bike ride was pretty mellow Thursday night, (no sprinting), and I didnt use any energy stimulators like Red Bull. But, I was able to sleep in the last 3 mornings. I probably would have been back to the same energy level as the last month in only two days. But thats not my high energy level of the past, (I just yawned).
However, I went canoeing the following days. So I was very physically active three days in a row - that has been very difficult to do pain wise for at least 10 years, almost impossible as pain was for certain..
I still dont have a high energy level that I had in my competitive years. Instead, I just endure, steady even and forward, no pushing it. My Cd 57 levels were still in the 30's last Feb. Still tired just sittin around, but not lethargic anymore.
Wanted to do something today as well, but its raining, and probably best that I just sit around anyway while paying attention to my body.
My hand, wrist and left elbow seem to already be in recovery mode, this is unusual as I finished paddling 8 PM last night.
To top it off, I had five real beers the last two days! Thats the ultimate Candida test, no bloating. That said, I know I cant have any more for a while.
I went riding four miles in March and almost had to walk the last mile, it was weird I could hardly pedal, I could hardly stand. And in January I got major tendonitis from doing the breast stroke 6 times across a normal regulation length indoor pool. My body was very toxified during that time. I think swimming would still set me back- very hard on the shoulders.
