Any complete success stories

I'm looking for some positive feedback on this horrible disease. I was diagnosed last Oct but had symptoms for about 8/9 months prior but drs kept saying it was stress and adrenal fatigue. I'm now on treatment for the "2nd" coinfection but was hoping to hear of success stories. There are times I feel I can't do this fight anymore. The physical symptoms as well as the emotional roller coaster your on. I've had some dark days. My sleep gets interrupted which affects everything else. The past few months I'm experiencing extreme breast tenderness and was told I have fibersystic breasts. I have a lump in one side and am getting a mammogram this week. I'm sick of drs appts. Please share positive stories and tell me all the "weird" symptoms go away.
