Scabby, flaky bumps all over head/scalp after stopping treatment for 2 weeks

I can feel these bumps all over my head and some of them are really sore to the touch. They don't have any pus or a head but there raised bumps and some of them have crusty "layers" over them that you can pick at.

I used to have these regularly before I got diagnosed but it's really flaring up these past two weeks.

I'm not sure if it's infection related but antibiotics seem to keep it at bay.

Actually, I've always had these red tender bumps all over my body as long as I can remember. Mostly on my back and chest,and upper arms, and my trunk. My face isn't too bad but it's not clear by any means.

I always thought it was a form of acne but I'm thinking it's a immune response or something to do with inflammation. I really don't know.

Is this a particular symptom of an infection, toxin, or disorder?

I think I read that too. But it's hard to say. I feel like I've had a lot of Bart symptoms lately. Eye pressure, ice pick headaches, head pressure, foot pain, etc.
