How long before start seeing results?

I hope everyone is well,

I just had a question, I have been in treatment for about 2 weeks now and wondering how long it took everyone to either herx or start to see symptoms diminish? My symptoms seem fairly constant since I have started treatment although I have been really trying to detox like crazy (about 3 - 4 liters of lemon water daily, daily epsom salt baths, Sauna 3 times a week etc.) I am not a very patient person although I feel like I may need to learn to be.

I had a rash last summer and was treated with anti-biotics at that time and therefore presumably this infection has been in me not even a year. My ND mentioned that the shorter you have had it typically the less of the infection is in your body, therefore the herxing may not be as bad and you may start to see results sooner. Does this make any sense?

I herx pretty quickly. Generally a day or so after starting treatment and then it hangs on forever (sometimes 3 to 4 weeks).

As for duration of treatment, I am now in my 14th month and I am finally seeing some of my symptoms improve. Best advice I can give is do not set time based goals as everyone reacts to treatment differently and time is one factor you really can't control.
