I have really bad tinnitus, along with head pressure and drenching, sour-smelling sweats. I have wondered if it's Brucellosis. It comes and goes with flares, but it's there often enough to make me feel pretty miserable.
There are no solutions for tinnitus. I drink teas made of herbs like passion flower, hops, and chamomile, and those calm my headaches/pressure down a bit.
As for the tinnitus, the only solution I've found that helps is the sound of rain, which drowns it out. If it's not actually raining (pretty heavily) outside, I have to play a youtube video of rain all night. Unfortunately that exposes me to EMFs, bc I have to keep my wifi on all night, and I can't flip the breakers like I usually do (for the bedroom).
Otherwise, being outside in the ambient sounds of nature, or out in public helps me forget the tinnitus. It's worse in the house.
I'd be interested to know what causes tinnitus, in other people's experiences.
