Hello!
So sorry, I thought I would receive a notification for replies to posts! I see where to check the box for that now. I just cycled back to this post to see if anything new came up and saw your reply
Yes, I have Lyme. I have been especially sick for ~4 years since breaking my leg in high school, but have always had strange autoimmune issues. I finally was diagnosed this past winter (December 2016) with a positive Western Blot for Borrelia (18 KD (IGG), 23 KD (IGG), 39 KD (IGG), 41 KD (IGG), 45 KD (IGG), 58 KD (IGG), 41 KD (IGM)). I also have high levels of Epstein Barr. Since January, I have been on an herbal protocol called the Cowden Protocol using some of the herbs listed in this forum (Samento, Pinella, Burbur, etc.). I also take other supplements to support my organs along with that, Vitamin IVs, on a very specific/almost keto diet, acupuncture, CBD oil, all the holistic things you can think of
I have found great improvements so far!! I think I have Babesia and Bartonella too, so right now I am trying to make sure I have them so I can work from there. I was able to finish up my undergraduate degree so I have more time to focus on healing now

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this! I am still new! To stay relevant, in my own experience with CBD oil I have found it extremely helpful with my sleep. I have always had trouble sleeping since I was born and this helps me maintain a very deep sleep uninterrupted for about
10 hours on average every night
. I also use a CBD infused balm and apply it to my areas of pain (joints, hands, liver area, throat). I attended the Chronic Lyme Summit #2 online and one doc suggested applying it directly to arthritic spots, and I think it really works! Does anyone else have experience with applying CBD topically?
Thank you Traveler for being so vocal on all these forums and for your reply; though I have not posted much, I do read regularly and I am very thankful for this strong, resilient and supportive community

Do you have Lyme, or believe you have Lyme?
