Is feeling bad always toxins from die off?

I have wondered the same thing for my son (dealing with lyme and bart.) and someone told me that it takes time to figure that out.

Time, b/c if it is herxing, and die-off, then eventually you would get better, bit my bit, noticing improvements/lessoning in symptoms. But that can take time (literally) to figure it out.

And, even still I wonder it with my son's situation sometimes. He's so much better and we've been at this awhile, but when he has a symptom sometimes I can't tell right away if it's herxing or if it's a symptom just being there. I guess you just keep on with the treatment and wait and see.

maybe others will have some thoughts about it too.

That's a question most of us ask.

I did notice that when I was off of any treatments, I had tons of symptoms as well, some almost unbearable, so I figured I might as well treat.
