I have similar issues with headaches , walking, stiffness and the list goes on.
I also have problems with walking across the of Target. My son was in front of me walking, when I stepped I ended up on the floor. I actually ended with bruised rib and a headache trigged by my head being banged up by the shelves. My diagnosis is Fibromyalgia, but Im waiting for the results.
So now every time we go to the Target my husband and son say, why don't you stay in the car. You don't have to go it.
Then they pitch a fit if I "trip". The trips basically are my foot moving out ahead, When I put my foot down. If the right, my foot kind but-skips out of my control. The left isn't bothered.
For some odd reason it only Target and each and every Target. I've learned that in Target I have do basically a goose step otherwise I fall. It works. and if I don't do it I get problems.
You might also want to get a pain diary. You can report what you've (meditation class, drove 20 drove 40 mines, etc) report your pain, keep track of the weather, etc. You can use this to see if you have an allergy to foods and if there is a pattern to symptoms, drop the food.
No matter what you have writing every little thing is important, if you wait you will not produce the same diary and info will be lost.
Good Luck, Kim
