Only have 6 under my belt this past week and today I am feeling awesome. Got up and finished painting a wall, push mowed a little and now ready to go pull weeds in my garden and pick some black raspberries.
Was suppose to start 3 stings today but holding off till tomorrow since I'm going out of town next weekend and won't be doing them plus my back was itching really bad yesterday morning and not ready to go there again but they say that's a good sign and it only last a few weeks and it hasn't bothered me today.
So if anybody else wants to join this group on facebook, "Apitherapy to treat Lyme & Co-infections Eugene OR", and see the results they are seeing, please join.

I got stung a while back and it took a long time for it to settle down, so it was good I learned that I have an issue with them that I shouldn't repeat. We had a swarm of about
40,000 bees and I was the only one that got stung, most likely because he got stuck in my hair and I was trying to get him out and he didn't like to be messed with. I left the stinger in for a short time, but it got too painful. I was glad to see so many, though.
Did you do them all on your back? What symptoms did did it help? Make sure you have an EpiPen on hand, just in case.

GP I remember reading that story of the bees, pretty cool.
I have only gotten 6 total, 2 on each day with a day or two in between. After the 3rd set I really started itching but it only lasted for 1/2 a day but I used anti itch cream and benedryl. I have gotten them one inch from my spine.
I just feel better all over, less pain and more energy. Especially when I get up in the morning, I feel much better. Also did a lot of work yesterday and didn't have the pain level I usually have.
I start 3 stings today. I get anxious when I do them, my mom does it for me but overall it's not so bad, just stings for a short while and I ice it and it helps.

Can you give me an idea of the cost involved so far?
Thanks :)

I sent a check for $40 bucks, getting the bees once per week but as time goes on I will maybe just do once a month shipment that will cut shipping cost. So far it's about
$10.50 per week to ship 10 bees but there are more than 10 in the thing they ship in.
I think most pay about
$32 and get all the bees at once for the month.
So cheap compared to all this other crap we do.
Oh, I forgot to mention, you need an epi pen also, was told it would be $45 but when I went to pick it up, it cost $0, not sure how that worked out.

I'm very interested in how this turns out...nice to have "one of our own" trying this.
I'm scared of bees....
But, I'm so sick of this crap...that I'd be willing to try it...if it works for you...

I feel it is already doing something for me, more energy and less pain.
Yes, I still have a fear and tighten up when my mom goes to sting me, it's better if you put ice on before and after. But in all I've been through in almost 18 yrs, this is nothing.
And it's so darn cheap.
