Meditation has always been a great tool to me: it helps me become calm and balanced, helps me with anger, has numerous positive health effects.
I am in no way connected to the Chopra Center, my pilates instructor showed me this a few years ago: a few times a year, they make a free online 21 day meditation challenge available. A great way to start regular meditation.
