I started taking nattokinase 3 days ago to see if it would help w/ the circulation issue I have going on. It seems like it has only gotten worse. I still have burning nerve pain and my left leg keeps falling asleep. I also started japanese knotweed about a week ago. Just a few drops though.
So is it the natto or the knotweed? I'm feeling worse and feel like I've taken a few steps back as I was making good progress prior to both. I'm inclined to think it's the natto because I did three days knotweed w/ no issues until I added natto. Anybody have experience w/ either?
