The CDC is a govnmnt organization-

Isn't the persuasive power by the CDC, alongwith the NIH, enforced upon the entire American medical Society-how it controls the teaching in/of medical school, especially in relation to Lyme disease...isnt that enough to show why government healthcare cannot be trusted?

It's why I CHOOSE to not use a Dr. Who is part of an Ins. Company that dictates what services and treatments I should get. My ND is private, there's no entering my personal health Info into some computer system that is linked w/Healthcare thru Ins companies and/or the gvnmnt!

Insurance companies comply with gvnmnt regulations that regulate their company policy!

I know the Ins issue is a bugger....the 1st time I realized how controlling Ins companies are when I lived overseas for 3 years and had no INS over there. We paid out-of-pocket up front at each consult, but it allowed us to be advocates of our own health-care as 'WE' were paying 'THEM' to provide a service. We went to the Dr. Of OUR CHOICE vs what's in the Ins network.

I do have an Ins policy that is worthless for my Lyme treatment and monthly Dr. Appts, as it doesn't cover my chosen Dr. Who is an ND. But we opted for a high deductible policy, that'll cover a major acute incident. The policy is so cheap that we can save money into an hsa to use for out of network docs!
