Has anyone here ever been treated with Keflex (Cephalexin) for Lyme & co's? If so, how did it work for you?

Good question! I want to know too. Recently I took Augmentin abx for infection. It turned out to help my Lyme disease. I also took Macrobid Abx, as I had extra. Immediately, my paralysis got better. But I was higher than a kite! Good luck!

I'm pretty sure it has little to no activity against Lyme... I have no idea about
co infections...

Dr.H said he finds in ineffective in his patients. I'm pretty sure the better choice is Ceftin, omnicef, rocephin, or suprax.
