Band 41 is actually not very specific at all and found in a huge chunk of people... It could be from dental spirochetes (Trepenoma Denticola), viruses, and pretty much any flagellated bacteria (most of which are pathogenic).
Band 58 is has a very strong statistical likelihood of a tick borne infection, but it's not Borrelia specific. So it's very likely that you have a co-infection, like bartonella. I also read somewhere that it's "Heat Shock Protein" but again many bacteria can make this, I believe including E.Coli.
I had the same Igenex test as you with the same bands, and I have lyme, bartonella, and anaplasma.
