LLMD/naturopath/any good doc in Wyoming or Colorado?

A friend's niece just graduated HS and has been diagnosed with myoptic neuritis-lots of vision problems. She's receiving lots of steroids so I am terribly worried that it is really Lyme in disguise and the steroids will take that poor girl down...
