Best Far Infared sauna for home use?

Hi,

I have been using Far Infared sauna at a spa, but would like to get one now for my home as I feel its really helped me feel better and clear up some of my vision issues as well. I was wondering out of those that have them or know about them what to look for and maybe recommend me a good model? I am looking to stay under or around 800-1000 dollars. I am not interested in the portable ones, I would prefer a walk in wooden home unit.

One thing you need to look for is one with all wood with nothing to off gas in the materials used to make it. Some wood itself has a strong odor, so you may need to check on that if you don't tolerate the smell. I think ours is birch. Most important, make sure the EMFs it gives off are low. I don't know if all of it can be avoided. I'm too sleepy to remember some of the brands that are decent, but hopefully others will tell you about theirs. Good luck!

I would suggest Sunlighten; it's high quality, and you can make no interest payments.

Mine is like a tunnel you crawl into; it's horizontal to the floor.

If you're going to spend the money anyway, it's probably better to find a high quality brand.

I'm paying for mine over a 17 month period; I don't think they allow you to go over 17 months with the no interest plan.

I would recommend not getting one of those "plastic tent" saunas, i.e. the kind you would get from Amazon--too many fumes.
