Neutrophil Count Low: anyone else experience this?

Hi, feel like a serial poster lately. Had a CBC test come back last week with my neutrophils being low (1380) and then tested again this week to see if it was an anomaly and it was at 1350. When I first had symptoms, they were in the 2300 range back in April. I am still waiting to hear back from Igenex and I have not started any antibiotics yet. Did anyone else have this? Could lyme be a cause of this? I would have thought that it would lead to high neutrophils not the other way around.

Neutrophils are a type of WBC the key ones that fight infection. Mine were low but I just came back from hematologist who re-ran and it was normal again. She blamed it on potentially some supplements i had taken recently.

I am still fighting doctors today for an answer. Normal doctors and specialists cant explain anything I have going on. LLMD diagnosed me in 2009 with Late Lyme Disease.

Every CBC I have ever had done from when my symptoms started until now, when I WASNT on antibiotics. My Lymphocytes are HIGH, Neutrophils are LOW and on occasion my WBC come out high but not always. Also my TSH levels seem to be affected. Always low or borderline low.

I have been on Minocycline on 3 different occasions, each time my CBCs come back perfectly normal. TSH levels return to well above borderline low or even back to middle ranges.

Even though I pointed this out to 2 Infectious Disease Specialists and my two Primary Care Doctors, they dont seem to think it has any importance.
