LLMD for South east PA near Philadelphia?

I had two doctors lined up. The first one requires a 300 deposit up front which I simply don't have. The second seems to be out of business or has new contact information. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you sent me an email yet? I have some listings that I'm willing to share.

And did you do an online search for the name of the LLMD that you believe may have moved or changed their contact info? Lots of times you can find the right information online.
