Changing a few things with the diet to see the effects and got more than I bargained for. I went an entire week where the only fat I ate was 30g of walnuts per day. I increased my carbs with fruit and berries all week in addition to the spinach, kale, and a little more protein. After a week, I could tell my fungal load was slightly higher (my fingernails peel slightly.) So I did what I would always do, eat 10 grams of Nigella Sativa seeds. I started getting a herx headache around lunch but it kept getting worse. My blood pressure went to 139/90 which is very high for me. I started getting nauseated, my hands, and face began to tingle like they were asleep, and I started having breathing difficulty. I was shaking and staggered a couple of times. It was so bad I had to close the store and go home.
Here is what I think happened. That day after breakfast, I had eaten a big bowl of cucumber salad. The Nigella kills stuff like crazy and it killed pathogens in record numbers. I think that started elimination or movement of aluminum. The aluminum caused me to go hypoglycemic (only thing I can come up with.) My pulse was only 66 so it doesn't support the diagnosis, but I was pretty "wopped up." I also was not hungry. Either way, my system was struggling.
The reasons why I think it was aluminum was because my glomerular filtration rate (GFR) increased greatly. This happens when you are actively killing pathogens and your body increases the processing of cellular debris. I normally urinate 4 times a day. I think I urinated 7 or 8 times that day with the same volume of water I normally drink. I also had problems breathing, a classic sign of aluminum toxicity. That night, I had issues with urinary sphincter control (urinary leakage). Another classic sign of aluminum toxicity.
On a side note, my weight dropped 1.0 lbs after taking a shower the next morning. That is the most it's ever dropped without the supplementation of anything. I held off on any supplements the evening before. My ganglion cyst on my ring finger is also noticeably smaller the next day.
This herx made a cryptolepis herx look like a baby.

So sorry you had to endure this!
Are you inclined to drink more water to increase the frequency of urination? Wouldn't that help with things overall?
I must admit that I started to think babesiosis when reading about
the symptoms you endured.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

I'm real regimented on my water drinking. I learned years ago because I didn't want them to have to back and get more kidney stones. Water intake isn't an issue.
Thanks for the comment. I had not thought about
that. The low fat diet all week may have weakened my protozoans and the Nigella sativa finished them off. That is much more plausible than yeast. That may be why my symptoms were so severe.

Thanks MarieLS, I slept it off and was fine the next day.
I guess the low fat weakened the biofilms and gave Nigella more of a chance.

I now have a sore in my hair on my head. I guess something had to get out and erupted through the skin.
I am now going to take 2g of Nigella sativa per day for an extended period and see what happens. So far so good.
