I was able to obtain my test results, don't know what they mean. My pcp never got them to evaluate and are still referring me to neuro.
I would appreciate any input on these results:

I have an appointment out of state on August 10 to get further treatments. I feel for those of you that have been dealing with this long term. I was tested 14 days after the tick was removed on June 14.

What lab ran your test? From what I understand, each of your reactive bands are Lyme-specific. You may want to consider testing through Igenex, which is a specialty lab with the most sensitive Lyme testing available. There's more info on bands in the new to Lyme thread. Sorry you find yourself needing to be here, but there's great support here; welcome :)

Quest is considered the worst when it comes to Lyme. That any band was reactive on a Quest test is remarkable. I would highly recommend calling Igenex and asking them to send you a test kit.

I am glad you already have a LLMD appointment scheduled...because you definitely need treatment.
You have positive bands plus a tick bite...

While you're waiting for the appointment, you could use the time to get your body ready for treatment ie - eating healthy, detoxing, etc.
