Has anyone had a herx like this?

I just started new ABX last week as we suspect Bartonella maybe an issue for me, my current abx protocol is:

- Biaxin
- Rifampin
- Alinia
- Diflucan 1 x per week

I started the Biaxin on Saturday at full dose and then added in the Rifampin yesterday (Alinia I have been taking for 6 weeks so I continued with this).

I noticed yesterday after taking my first Rifampin pill that I got a really strange feeling in my neck and ear. It is really hard to describe but basically if I touch a certain part of my neck, I feel it behind my ear. And when I turn my head in one direction, I feel the same feeling behind my ear. It doesn't hurt but is more like a tingling feeling.

I have consistently tried to detox throughout my whole treatment process so I think I am doing enough in that area (although can you really ever do enough?) I am taking daily epsom salt baths, dry brushing before showering, and almost nightly oil pulling. I try to get to the Sauna occasionally but it isn't consistent.

Anyone had this feeling before?

Not exactly but similar. One of my suspected Bart herx is random painful areas on my skin that are probably no larger than a dime. Typically it feels like I bruised that area and the pain persists for a few days to a week. Then after a little while I notice a lymph node will swell up and eventually it goes away. The weird thing is that it is almost never in the same place except for my right armpit. Also the nodes are going in a retro grade direction.
