Treating Bartonella

I hope all is well. For those that have successfully beat bartonella, how long was your treatment for bart? My LLND clinically diagnosed me with Bart after 3 months of Lyme treatment as my symptoms seem to line up pretty well with bart. I only rarely got scratch like rashes ( wasn't sure if this was from Bart or truly a scratch from my cat!) but I did get bumpy splotchy rashes on my body once in awhile.

I started Biaxin, Rifampin and Alinia about a week and a half ago and for the first few days all my symptoms were intensified and had strange new symptoms as well. But on Thursday last week I had an IV of Glutathione and all weekend I felt pretty much 100% normal, my joint pain went away, no more muscle aches or stomach pain. I was able to play 3 full softball games without any issues (although I am still super sore). The only symptom I feel that I have is slight muscle twitching, is it possible to see this much of a change in only 1 weeks time??

The Glutathione IV is what changed it for you most likely. Glutathione is known as the "master antioxidant", which is a major helper in detoxing for us.

This could mean that your system is likely detoxing well, and the glutathione was the extra push to clear a lot of your toxin load that had built up, and now your body is able to stay on top of the toxins that are being created with the treatments and with what you are doing for detoxing. If your symptoms start to ramp up again, try increasing your detoxing, or getting another IV glutathione treatment.

My Bartonella treatment lasted 9 months.
