This book helped me a lot when I had to change my diet. Their site doesn't have all the recipes, but it has a list of all the recommended foods to eat and avoid. It's separated into phases so you can slowly incorporate foods as you get better. It's a good place to start because for most of us, it feels like we're cutting out 75% of our original diet.
