Question about not Herxing but...

I've been on biaxin twice a day since a month ago and have not herxed during at all. I have actually felt better! However, I forgot my lunch box in my car with my abx in it (I take it with eating lunch and dinner).

I didn't take it for 24 hours, and I started to hurt more than before I was on antibiotics.

Is this common not to herx but maybe herx when not on the abx?

Hopefully I made sense. People say they feel like crap from herxing while on abx. But not me? I forgot to take my abx for 24 hours and felt like poo ending at the 24 hour mark.

I have been on abx for a week and I feel nothing. Not better, not worse.

I don't detox like others either. I just drink so much water all day long and I love probiotics.

I keep thinking my ruby slippers aren't going to work and I will feel horrible any time.

I had the same thing happen to me. I was just on doxy and tinidazole for lyme for a while. I felt much better on it but would quickly regress if I didn't take my doxy for more than a day. For me, the key was beginning to treat coinfections. The doxy would keep the coinfections in check but it took me a while to figure out I had coinfections. I think I was in denial about having them to be honest. Sounds weird, but I didn't want to believe that I had to take even more antibiotics and that I'd be in treatment even longer.

When I started treating the coinfections and the lyme together, I began having intense herxes. Not saying that's you're issue, but that's what happened to me.

Dazed, I go back to the doc and I have to tell him about my feet burning. Kinda scared this is a co-infection.

Ok glad I'm not the only one! Ugh I hope I don't have any coninfections.
