I saw the post about
the portable sauna today. Is a sauna detox less likely to cause a herx? I herxed with a foot soak detox so I am looking for ways that could be easier on my system. TIA!

It would probably be more likely, and more extreme, 'cause more of your body's getting.. well, detoxed.
Pardon my lack of words - my brain's out at the moment. I'm sure someone else could be a bit more descript
ive about
it.
But, yeah.
Still, I feel like that'd be a good investment for ya though, if you can afford it. Just slowly work up to it with the foot baths. Foot bath, foot bath, foot bath, until the effects of all the toxins getting stirred up and being pushed out leave you, then move up to the full body baths, or, if you get one, the sauna.

I agree, a sauna would be more likely to cause a herx. I'm interested in getting one too, but am building up to it. Are you drinking warm lemon water? There are some other detox methods listed in the sticky post at the top of the lyme forum.

We got a FIR sauna and I did herx from it. You have to work up low and slow just like everything else.
