holy moly! I just realized yesterday I have bartonella in addition to lyme and now getting candida stuff from the antibiotics stripping away the good bacteria. going to up my probiotic intake but would love any and all herbal and lifestyle suggestions. been doing hot detox baths every day and wanted to start a sauna routine but the candida hates the heat. Thanks for any insights. So thankful for this platform!

Geez Louise! I hope you're completely sugar-free.... Drinking lots of water, flushing that stuff out and doing everything you can to stay ahead of this.

yea, no sugar, gluten or dairy. Hard to come to terms with my new reality. The last 3 months have been a fresh hell. To add insult to injury it seems my apartment is infested with bird mites and getting attacked esp every night when I try to sleep.

HI, for the Candida you can peel a clove of garlic, smash it and swallow it like a pill. I would do that for a week and then switch to another anti yeast remedy, like a cup of Pau de' Arco tea once per day for a week, then switch again. Repeat after a month.
Good luck. I have Candida and it really sucks!

Here is a search I did for all of Pirouette's posts about
yeast/fungal issues. She's had a severe and stubborn case and has had to do a lot of research in order to help herself:
