Need help about feeling unweel

This happens to me a lot. Before I was diagnosed, I would wake up feeling like I got hit by a bus. I would call out of work and be sure that I would be out for a few days. By the next day (or sometimes sooner) I would be feeling normal again. For me, my good days are almost entirely painless while my bad days keep me in bed. The fact that I feel so normal on good days is what drives me insane at times, thinking it is all in my head. But we are not alone!

I would say that if it's more of an extreme issue, that you should get your adrenals checked with a 4 collection time saliva test. But other than that, Lyme symptoms are very well known to cause that roller coaster of symptom severity. It's actually one of the hallmarks of Lyme.
