Herxing's just a part of the process, I'm afraid.
Though, yes, sometimes, a break is necessary, to allow your body to catch up with the detoxing, otherwise you could get overloaded with toxins and feel like hell, or even cause more damage.
But, the fact of the matter is that, unless you detox like crazy and, on top of that, are blessed with a system that can expel all of the gunk that's put into your body as the bacteria's killed, at this point in your treatment, herxing can't be avoided.
You just gotta detox, detox, detox, taking breaks as needed, until the herxing gradually decreases, and, hopefully, starts to subside along with the effects of the infections.
In other words, hopefully you start heal.
But, you need to be treating.. with force, not just the bare minimum. Now, if that's something you're already aware of and you're only temporarily lessening your treatment methods, pardon me. I hate to be stating the obvious, but I just want to make sure you're on the right track. Again, sorry if this is stuff that you already know.
Really, one thing before I go, to be honest with you, as bad as the herxes may be for you, and as crazy as I probably sound to you for saying this, I'd be glad the herbs are having that effect on you. I would love for all of the herbals, all of the different protocols, I've tried over the past year to be killing off my infections to the point where I couldn't stand all of the toxins. I wish something would work like that for me.
