If you're interested in trying any herbs, Buhner recommends a choice of 4 for anxiety (you could take just 1,2,3 or all 4).

Oh, he recommends 9 grams daily of fermented wheat germ to treat wasting (severe weight loss). He lists a couple other things that could help but considers the fermented wheat germ to be the best choice.
I just developed anxiety after increasing my babesia herbs and just placed an order for motherwort to take in addition to the Chinese Skullcap I'm already taking.
Sorry treatment isn't easier :(
