Welcome!
Your situation as you describe it almost mirrors mine in regards to symptoms.
I had NO symptoms after pulling a nymph deer tick out of my abdomen but asked my PCP to prescribe antibiotics to play things safe since I live in an endemic area.
I developed a weird, neurological-type feeling in one toe and a fluid-retention-type feeling in my lower legs (numbness?) a few weeks after going off antibiotics.
What you describe is called peripheral neuropathy and there are many other possible causes for it such as B12 deficiency, low thyroid function as well as others.

If you're dealing with any of them, you might want to see a LLMD (Lyme-literate MD). We can help you find one - just let us know.
