Once again, everyone is different, and will need a different amount of probiotics. I know how unhelpful that is - sorry!! 10 billion wasn't enough for me, but could be for you.
Watch for intestinal issues, if you start to notice more bloating, gas, any diarrhea or other gastro issues, try raising your probiotic.
