Since the beginning of all my Lyme symptoms, my left foot and calf have always given me problems. I have a toe that goes numb off and on, nerve pain, and what feels like circulation issues. I also have a vein that has gotten darker in my left calf and hurts from time to time. I've been tested for hypercoagulation and it came back negative.
When I was on abx, the circulation got worse and so did the numb feelings I would get in my left foot. When I stopped abx, it did get a little better and since starting herbs (up until recently), the numbness had gotten a lot better.
The past three days, it has come back again :(. My foot is now buzzing because it feels like there is no circulation. When I bend over I feel a numbness in my left heel (a new symptom), and my veins are really sensitive.
I am up to full doses on the herbs and I'm trying to figure out what is causing the circulation issues. I had this same reaction to abx. Is my blood thickening because I am treating at full doses? Is it thickening because of die-off? All other lyme symptoms have gotten better, but this has gotten worse.
I am taking lumbrokinase 2x to help clear the fibrogen in the blood. Should I take more?
Anyone have any clues as to what could be causing this?
