Started treatment, not feeling well, suggestions?

Had a tick bite with rash about 100 days ago, started treatment after seeing LLMD ten days ago. Still waiting on bloodwork.

100mg minocycline, X 2
500mg cefuroxime X 2 increasing to 1000mg X 2
Itires, Renelix, ToxEase GL, Theralac, Sac B

Not feeling well, arthritic hand, severe energy fluctuations, irrational outbursts, anger, depression, light headed, headaches. Walls are talking back, might need to set them straight.

Any suggestions?

Are you doing any detoxing? That's very important to do when you're taking meds to kill the bacteria. At the top of the page, there's a "New to Lyme?....Start here" thread where you will find info. on detoxing and other things. I'd suggest you read through that to learn more about Lyme disease.

I agree with Garden Peace. If you aren't detoxing, or detoxing enough, the symptoms will continue to ramp up. If you need help with detoxing, just let us know! We have a great list of detoxing suggestions in the "New to Lyme?" thread that sits at the top of the site.

Your LLMD/ND gave you some great detox products. Renelix is detox for your kidneys and Iteres is detox and support for your adrenals.

Are you drinking enough water? Adding some fresh lemon? The best overall detox tool is Alka seltzer gold which can be ordered on line. Take it every day a few times. It helps with the over all "feel like crap"

Your Dr started you off with really high doses of abx's to attack the bacteria hard. The catch with that is it creates an equally aggressive die off. The die off (toxins) needs help clearing your system. Toxins make you feel awful. You want to be flushing your system as much as possible. If you are constipated from Lyme take magnesium. That will help you flush the toxins that way.
