For the first 2 yrs (which went undiagnosed), my feet were miserable. Couldn't tolerate temps below 70, felt like walking on a pin cushion and marbles, constant burning and tingling. Once diagnosed with lyme, i spent a yr and a half trying to find the right dr. Once i found him last Fall and started addressing yeast issues and started abx, my feet sensitivities improved, but were still an issue. I could tolerate temps in the 50's, but still had tingling and skin sensations. I havent addressed Bartonella at all until now. No one picked up on it. Now after starting the Bactrim 5 wks ago, my feet almost feel as bad as they did in the beginning 4 yrs ago. I'm hopeful this is a good sign that the Bactrim is working, the flare is just hanging on longer than usually. I normally get a feet flare when i start a new med., but it usually only lasts 2 wks or so. Just trying to find something to give me relief til it calms down (hopefully).
