SAMe gives a methyl group to make Vitamin K. Low SAMe can decrease Vitamin K production.
SAMe is needed to provide a methyl group to make Melatonin. Low SAMe can increase sleep issues.
SAMe is the most important methyl donor in the body and is critical for myelin formation.
SAMe is what makes the polyamines. Chronic inflammation causes a decrease in intracellular polyamines.
Selenium helps in detoxifying Mercury.
Serotonin plus an Acetyl group and a methyl group makes Melatonin.
Staph sequesters Aluminum. If you have anxiety or panic attacks, Staph is a high possibility.
Sulfur amino acids increase norepinephrine levels by increased stimulation of Glutamate receptors. If you can't sleep, cut back on foods high in sulfur.
Sunlight plays a role in acetylcholine. Theoretically, sunlight can decrease anxiety and increase sleep. I have found this to be true with me.
