Hi there
I have all gp meds as i started the cowdens plan and Flagl.
I take quiye aa few of stomack pills for reflux , Also if i get bout of diareah it can last few days on loo up to 30 times each day
And this distresses me.as one my
worst syptoms is severe muscle weakness in arms legs . As its to much getting in out wheelchair off on loo. Even with a disabled aid raised loo seat and grip rails
The impact of this.knocks me for 6 with debility. So i pump in imodium and methocellulose. Methcellulose is a pink glue pill. that swells up in the mouth. Its use to bind the bowel
I also take stementil for nausea and mebverine for pain in stomack and copermine .Alsp stoped pain killers for neuro pain in muscles ect
Can i restart esompeprazole on cowdens? My reflux is bad and is horrible taste
Anyone got any ideas how to be anle to eat. fruit /vegetables /salads /without suffering wind dioreah being set off and pain/
my stomack drives me nuts
least trhing sets of an attack of dioreah it getting i dont no what i can eat that is okay
or i go the other way on off all day bowels dsont move /empty in one go
any one have any ideas of what i can take to stop/help this?
This started when lymes started I have had colonoscopies and endoscopies at hospital
showed no problems
i asked them at time. to take extra samples to test for diseases, they refused said no sign of this, they just did the usual samples test they do
Thanks to anyone who answer me with suggestions.
i realy miss a healthy diet, i had all my life until 9 years ago.
Because of losing my mobility and unable to do aerobics /gym iv always did and not tolerating foods iv always eat
I do not recognise myself,iv gained around 6 stone in weight.
My parents are constantly making comments about my weight.Which is upsetting
i have had hydrotherpey hiosted into a pool By ot
this didnt help, Couldnt stand on one spot Legs just buckled under me
Iv had physiotherpy at a neurlogical rehab centre, this did not work or improve me either
Anyone out there using a wheelchair also? with lymes. or whatever coinfection causes this?
sorry for long post
thanks for listening
kind regards
elaine
