Yes, I had both in the upper third on dual synthetics (cyto and synthroid) for three months at one point, I took my time rapming up to that just in case I found my "sweet spot" in the levels along the way. The result was a very low TSH which freaked my endo, but I was still tired so I asured him I was not at all hyper.
I do better 0n dessicated by itself vs the hight synthetic T4/T3 in the past. At least my endo no longer freaks from low TSH's (I trained him in so to speak LOL). I have not added t4 to any of the dessicated meds I've used over the years, some day I will. My body seems to like dessicated better than synthetics- its obvious from my t3 expermentation. I never got used to cytomel, its like you feel it come on then go away a few hours. Dessicated feels "smoother" to me, specifically with dextrose as a filler (not microcrystalin cellulose).
I dream of the day they have a test to show what your cell receptors choose to use vs the amount of hormone "available" to them. Just because you fill up a kids plate doesnt mean they'll eat it.
