Occasional diarrhea a good thing?

I'm in my second month of treatment (aggressive treatment I would say) and I have definitely been experiencing some herx reactions so far. I have been having occasional diarrhea but it's not antibiotic related as I'm fine from the plaquenil, zithro, and mino.

I've had a bad muscle knot in my lower left back the past few days so I've been massaging that regularly. I've noticed that the diarrhea happens not long after I do that. And it's an immediate like have to go right now, clean out number 3!! Lol.

Have the toxins built up in this knot? I don't usually ever get muscle knots so I'm just wondering if the knot is a result of a herx?

Is this diarrhea a good thing as it is moving things out? I am drinking a lot of water every day.

JAdam if you're only on your second month of treatment how do you know its not abx related? It can take a while for antibiotic unintended side effects to rear their ugly head it did for me. Cefdinir caused a groin and sore throat issues for me but not right away. Your body sometimes can't adapt as well over time as the drugs build up in your system. The tricky part is figuring out if a medicine/herb is causing such things or not. Usually if you stop something for a few days (if half life isn't too long) than you can determine.
