Hi,

I'm trying to find a decent, large sized, multi-day pill organizer. I see some on Amazon but just wanted to tap into the group wisdom for alternatives. Thanks.

You really need to see them to know if they are large enough for you personally. I have one for morning and one for evening. I wish my evening was larger.

This is about the size of my large morning one and I have 11 pills in it with lots of room to spare:

I agree with PeteZa in that seeing what size you want can make a huge difference. I had to go with the 2XL models (LOL!) like this one: goo.gl/fAcujd But it looks similar in size to the one that PeteZa linked to in the pictures.

Traveler, I just measured and that one is exactly the size of mine. The one I referenced is shorter, but deeper.

LimeyLime that is why you want to see it.

Instead of complaining about my evening one, I think I will get this "matching" one. LOL

I buy mine locally so that I can lay eyes on it - mine have to be quite large. LOL!! I still take a lot of things daily.

do you have a local independent pharmacy nearby? If you do, you can tell them what you are looking for and they may be able to order it for you!

I just stopped by my CVS to pick a small one up for my purse so I can take my meds at work. They have a huge variety, like they had an entire back wall dedicated to CVS branded pill organizers of every size and color imaginable.

The most intense one that I saw was this JUMBO, 4 a day set: http://www.cvs.com/shop/home-health-care/other-daily-living-aids/medicine-accessories/cvs-mega-pill-planner-skuid-429374

I swear it was the size of a binder, I was like "WOAH, WHAT THE WHAAAAAT shocked " when I saw it hanging on the rack hahaha.

I use ones that I picked up in the pharmacy. The manufacturer is Apex-Carex Healthcare Products. they are oval with a divider in the middle and the day of the week and AM or PM. I bought two and wrote morning/midmorning/evening/night using a sharpie.

Many of my meds are 4 times a day so it works out good. I don't take all the meds each time, but some I take an hour or two before or after that exact time. Its good because I do all my pills a week at a time. I then have plenty of time to get refills.
