I have to take a combination of things, and sometimes what I need changes.
Right now, I'm taking Lidtke brand tryptophan (yes, this brand is different), melatonin, and magnesium. It wasn't until I started taking the tryptophan that I started sleeping 7 hours on a regular basis due to extreme adrenal fatigue.
The problem is, it's all up to what each person's brain chemistry is at that time as to what will work, so keep experimenting - just be sure there aren't any interactions before using something new.
