All I'm doing for liver detoxing is drinking lots of lemon water. Are there any supplements, liquids, etc. that are easy and quick options to support my liver? Thanks.

I use the Pekana apo- Hepat

and milk thistle extract (not to be used if you have a ragweed allergy)

I've been taking milk thistle all along and my liver numbers have stayed in the healthy range.

To those taking Pekana apo-hepat....do you have an online source you're willing to share?

I use Unda 243 - love this stuff!

I'm on a bunch of stuff. Milk thistle and dandelion in capsule form. Liver Cleanse by Thorne. Red root and red sage tinctures.

Plus staying hydrated. I like water w/ lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and a blend of purple fruits/veggies called Power of 7 from Trader Joe's.

I purchase mine from my ND - but I think I did see it online. I will search for it...and post again if I can find it.
