FEMALE MEMBERS MENOPAUSE MAYBE? HIGH ACIDICT URINE

CAN anyone tell me is both my issue same cause?
Urine infection re white red blood cells protein blood. Antibiocs clear infection
however high acidic level in nurse dip test.

what causes high acid levels in urine?
This happened at same time as period at end of month 2 cowdens and flagl?
Period change dont no if conection to urine infection or cowdens causing this?
im 48 my periods take frew days to beak before blood on pad only there when wipe after loo before this.When do break last few days heavy
This month sudden change instead of few days heavy .had 1 day very light. tHen no blood on pad after that. except every time went to toilet for a pee Blood in toilet Also blood in toilet after bowels moved. This went on for 10days Now heavy bleeding on towel like full period cANT SEE KEYS SORRY FOR MISTAKES NO SENTACES.
I NEVER HAVE ONGOING BLOOD FOR FEW WEEKS EVER.
I AM WORRIED AS THIS HAS ALL HAPENEED ON MY SECOND MONTH OF COWDENS CHANGE IN PERIOD pLUS URINE INFECTION NOW HIGH ACID IN URINE COULD COWDENS CAUSE THIS?.

I HAD TO PUSH HARD THE NURSE TO AGREE TO FULL KIDNEY ANDD LIVER CHECKS AND HORMONES ECT/
I have to get bloods done then 10days later see doctor for internal.
ThIS IS ENBASSESING as im around 6 stones overweight and severe muscle weaknbess in arms legs. i do not no how il get on that bed for examination.nothing to do with zise I had this severwe muscle weakness when underweight.
i do not have power in arms to ull myself up when on bed or get back up.hubby will have to come in to room. I dont have nice sypathrtic gp.Despite they adnit its all not in my head now.4 nhs positve lymes tests still ignored me.Just can not face the doctor.As last time i was refused coinfection treatment The mood im in lately i will want to rattle her cage. I avoid gps like plague. I hounded until 2010 searching for reason from 2006.So when i learned i had lost nhs lymes positves. My search was over. I was screamed at get out your somitizing before tgis Treated like dirt despite always being pleasant

Thanks for answering ,You only get 5 mintes with a nurse practioner. He just said urine was very acidic high levels.i dont no what he meant. Was more worried st time about my bleeding problems.And getting liver and kidney/menopause blood test.Then hes checking my back and stomack areas. He he was bit funnyThe vision he got was women hair everywhere and wet A big blob inside a large pullover raincanopy cover that goes over my chair and me, Boots i had on were meant be waterproof.Were not soles of my feet were green As was white sock,hope you have nice xmas
