Hi everyone,
I'm about
to get on a plane tomorrow all day (Travel days are the WORST right now....) and I'd love to load up my kindle with books that can help inspire and inform me in my journey to recovery.
Can anyone recommend books that have helped them along the way? I'm thinking diet inspiration, nutrition, books about
healing, specific lyme books (although I'm trying not to scare myself right now...) books on meditation or breathing, alternative healing books?
I just bought "spontaneous healing" by Dr. Andrew Weild and I'm really enjoying it.
Thank you all, wishing you nothing but good days!

For inspiration I love Og Mandino books.
We love Dr. Weil and Dr. Axe
For funny and light good humor we both love Janet Evanovich and I love Todd Borg because he writes about
my area of Lake Tahoe.

That's so funny, because I'm not from here but I am visiting lake Tahoe right now! Tahoe City.

From what I can see, it's not available as an e-book yet, but it helped me tremendously to figure out what direction I wanted to take my healing: Insights Into Lyme Disease Treatment: 13 Lyme-Literate Health Care Practitioners Share Their Healing Strategies (by Connie Strasheim)

Raincity you must be loving the snow!! And it is COLD! We just barely got above freezing yesterday. Doesn't the snow just crunch under your feet? And the beauty.......

I would read the Bulletproof diet. He's funny and interesting and he beat toxic mold and Lyme, so that is very inspirational in my opinion.
